Financial Assessments
The objective is to perform an internal assessment that will allow us to fully understand and evaluate the current situation of a company: financial strengths and weaknesses, clients’ situation and growth, covered industries, market categories, services, and revenue types, along with their respective growth, profitability, pricing, and margins.
Financial Projections
The objective is to develop a three-to-five years Financial projections by integrating into the model the levers of profitability to quantify the impact of every operational decision on profitability.
For that we need to identify the key drivers underlying demand, and measure the effect of potential growth on the bottom line.
Financial Modeling & Valuations
The objective is to develop a seven-year financial projection model, evaluate any financing needs and perform sensitivity analysis on the model in order to understand the effect on different decisions on the profitability and cash flow of the company.
A Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation of the Company will then be calculated based on the planned business strategy, to include the projected Net Present Value of the Company and projected IRR to Enterprise and to Equity. In addition, alternative valuation methodologies, if applicable, will be adopted as a “reality-check” on the DCF valuation, such as the EBITDA multiples, sales multiples and Net Book Value.
Private Placements
The objective is to close the placement transaction. For that we prepare transaction documentation and identify potential purchasers/investors in relation to the sale transaction. We also facilitate, discuss, and negotiate, as well as to represent the sellers or buyers and perform all actions required to complete the sale transaction.
