You are overloaded, yet you know you have to run surveys with your clients to receive their feedback, regularly. You have no time to develop an elaborate questionnaire. A simple Net Promoter Score will not give you enough insights.
You often hear your staff complaining, or suggesting new approaches, ideas or other in a total haphazard way… You want to listen, yet it is all over the place, and you do not have time to focus.
3 simple questions will solve it all: Stop. Keep. Start

- What should we stop doing?
- What should we keep doing?
- What should we start doing?
Basic, simple, understandable.
- Send these questions to all your employees, whether through a survey platform, or in a simple email.
- Select your top 10 clients. Send them these same questions.
Read through the answers, and most often then not, you’ll recognize patterns, and uncover the obvious that you were too busy to see.
Repeat the exercise monthly with your employees, and quarterly with your clients! The questions are broad enough to solicit very broad and sometimes very precise answers.
Once you are more organized, you will develop detailed surveys targeting your employees and customers, but for now, this will get you going, and help you get the feedback you absolutely need to fine-tune your strategy.
